DESCRIPTION:🥗 Theme of the Week: Healthy & Unhealthy Foods 🥕\nGrade R Theme: Vegetables \nIt’s another exciting week of learning at Yummies Nursery School as we discover how the foods we eat help our bodies grow\, play\, and stay healthy! \nOur younger learners will be exploring the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods. Through fun stories\, interactive games\, creative art\, and hands-on activities\, they’ll learn which foods give us energy\, help us grow strong\, and keep our bodies healthy\, while also understanding that treats are best enjoyed in moderation. \nOur Grade R learners will be taking a closer look at vegetables. They’ll discover the many colours\, shapes\, and varieties of vegetables\, learn where they grow\, and explore why these nutritious foods are an important part of a balanced diet. Activities throughout the week will encourage healthy eating habits while developing language\, observation\, and early science skills. \nAt Yummies Nursery School\, we believe in nurturing healthy bodies\, growing minds\, and grateful hearts. We thank God for providing the wonderful foods that nourish us and for the opportunity to teach our children to care for the amazing bodies He has given them. \nWe look forward to a week filled with learning\, laughter\, healthy choices\, and plenty of fun!
